Description

2. Knowledge of SAP Business one administration.

3. Diagnose/rectify, wherever within your capability the first level hardware and software problems.

Comments: _Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. (On request)

5. Manage and maintain Active Directory Domain, windows-based Server, CISCO Router, and CCTV camera to ensure trouble free workflow.

6. Manage Electronic Attendance System including fingerprint registration of the new joining member.

7. Provide a complete workstation along with all the required software to a joining new member.

8. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.

9. Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.

10. Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.

11. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

12. Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future and carry out the adjustments after taking permission of the management with least disruptions.

14. Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records of computers, laptops, printers and other associated parts.

15. Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs and record consumption thereof.

16. Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.

17. Develop and manage relationships with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases to keep the system down for the least time. Build resume of recurring consumables, line cartridges for keeping the system economical and at optimum output & efficiency.

18. Any other miscellaneous work related to IT as desired by the management.
