Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct keyword research, onpage optimization, and link building activities to improve website rankings on search engines.
Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the fitness or ecommerce industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
