Excellent communication skillsExperience in setting up, managing and growing social media presence
Experience in writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in using social media management tools like Hootsuite
Background in digital marketing
Ability to build social media strategies for most industry types
Management experience in leading a digital marketing team
This role requires analyzing customer needs, asking the right questions, building a strategy and executing the strategy effectively to meet the clients needs from social media.
Mentor our social media team to be effective.
Manage every social media account of the company's brands.
Monitor how the brands are engaging with the audience and make constructive suggestions to the client.
Handle negative publicity on the review websites like Glassdoor, Yelp, Google Play, iTunes, etc.
Understanding of search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, ratings, and reviews.
Work towards enhancing and building the organization's reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impacts on the organization.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to work on new leads and convert them to paying customers
Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
