Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:


  • Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses using a prepared script.
  • Introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.
  • Gather information on customer needs, interests, and preferences.

Lead Generation:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update records with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Product/Service Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about the features, benefits, and pricing of the products or services being offered.
  • Address customer queries and concerns effectively, providing accurate information.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer interest.

Sales Targets:


  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
  • Keep track of sales metrics, such as calltosale conversion rates.

Feedback and Reporting:


  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales results.

Compliance:


  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure ethical and professional conduct during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.

Communication Skills:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.

Sales Skills:


  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade and influence customers.

Persistence:


  • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persist in making calls to achieve targets.
