a) Business Development

  • Seller/Brand Onboarding, Selection/Assortment Improvement.
- b) Relationship Management

  • Maintain terms with Key internal Stakeholders, Brands & Sellers.
- c) Category Understanding

  • 360 degree view and understanding of the category.

- d) Customer NPS
  • Manage Customer NPS by delivering high quality product and experience.
- e) Monitoring, and improving operational Matrix
- like O2S, EDD and perfect order and seller performance.
- e) Analyse Event and Non-Event Sales Data, Forecast and Plan, for Future Demand.
- f) Close BAU and event pricing and support for DOD and other weekly sales properties.
- g) Negotiation with Vendors for Key tie-ups and additional support for Inventory Business.
- h) Managing Marketplace monthly Sales Plan. Maintain optimum level of inventory from the sellers at multiple locations.
- i) Manage and meet top line targets for the assigned accounts.
- j) Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics Stakeholders.

  • Software Skill required
  • MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • GoodBasic Understanding of ERP/Seller portalGood communication skills
  • Seller facing role. Ability to hold seller meetings and negotiation
