Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Market analysis to generate revenue and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders carriers/customers/vendors/shippers.
- Procurement of rates and space to convert business.
- Monitoring and resolving escalated documentation and operational issues.
- Data reporting & MIS management.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Any Graduate (Course in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage)
- DG certification will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in freight forwarding industry will be preferred
IT & Language Proficiency
- MS Office (PPT/Word/Excel)
- English, Malayalam
