Prepare drink orders for guests as per standard recipes.

  • Setup bar and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar.
  • Anticipating and communicating the replenishment needs.
  • Securing liquor, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Completing the shift closing duties.
