Responsibilities

  • Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests to achieve customer delight

Requirements:

Education and Experience Required

  • Should have an experience of minimum 1 years as a customer service executive
  • Should have relevant experience on CRM tools
  • Experience in the skillbased gaming industry is a plus
  • Extremely good oral communications skills in
    Kannada:
  • Commitment towards serving the resolution on customer issues
  • G
    ood interpersonal and writing skills (English):
  • Ability to learn and develop as per the industry dynamics
Education and Experience

  • Required 3+ years of experience with a solid foundation in computer science and strong competency in data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • NodeJS expert Solid understanding of , Redis & RPC
  • Good knowledge of one or more RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • Good understanding of nuances of distributed systems, scalability, and availability
  • Indepth understanding of concurrency, synchronization, & memory usage
  • Experience with IaaS clouds like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc
  • Experience with other programming languages is a plus
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Putting your thoughts through to other stakeholders in a cohesive manner should not be a problem for you

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
