Job Description:

We are looking for Chat Support Executive who provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. They should be individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests.

Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of customer issues reported & direct customer toward solutions
  • Provide prompt & accurate feedback to customers
  • Taking ownership of technical issues & resolving them
  • Improve organisation's overall functionality and efficiency
  • Keep track of requests and make sure they are implemented as planned

Requirements:


  • Should be flexible with rotational shifts
  • Manageable or good english communication skills
  • Experience in BPO (15years) is a mandate
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Bachelor's or relevant degree
  • Experience working in US Chat process (atleast 1 year)
