Factor Street E-Commerce Services Pvt Ltd company is a Bengaluru Startup powered by the team of IITian and Tech-Education Enthusiast.

It has 3 divisions currently, one is Physics Factor Online Tutoring Classes, Printed Books, eBooks and Sportsplex - An AI Based Sports Ground for Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Archery and Snooker.

It was founded by Satyam Sir in April 2019 and the company is incorporated in 2020. It currently has a virtual team of around 10 members & offline team of 2 board of directors.

General Terms
Being working in a startup company, You will be assigned multiple tasks as per the company needs. Working hours will be flexible.

In order to stay for a longer period you need to be serious in your work and dedicated towards the company.

If you don't know how to do a particular task, We will train you. Initially you might be working with 1-2 people in the office. In the future the number of employees may increase.

While you work, the business goal you should always keep in your mind in order for appraisal and your performance measurement.


Important Job Terms _(Read carefully before you Join - PA Specific)_

  • Initial 12 weeks will be your training period which will happen at bangalore office
  • Next 36 months you may have to travel at different indian cities for promotional, events, seminars, marketing and sales activities
  • During the training, you will be in probation period (2 weeks upon joining), the salary for this period will be 50% of the decided salary. During this period if work ethics and morale doesn't meet our criteria, you may be asked to leave the company. Based on the number of days you worked/trained, you will receive the salary.
  • During the probation period, the company will not provide the accommodation, food or any such allowance apart from the salary mentioned above.
  • Your job will be confirmed only when you complete your probation period in the initial 2 weeks upon joining, a confirmation letter will be shared to you afterwards.

Flexible Work-Timing:


Employee at factor street have free to work at any flexible timings even work from home all the time unless the work responsibilities are fulfilled.

We don't restrict our employee to work on fixed hours and very strict deadlines.


Board of Directors within 6 months:

Currently Factor Street offers any employee to be a part of our board of director or Co-Founder within 3 months period, if he/she proves himself/herself of capable of doing extraordinary things of the company.


Huge Incentive 25k per month & more:
Factor Street have huge transparent Incentive system apart from regular fixed salary. Any employee can get incentive up to 25k per month. Co-founders & Business partners have no incentive Cap


On Time Salary:

This is something we are punctual upon. We have our investors and fund always ready for our employee. Salary will be given at the last working day of every month. Unlike other company we never put salary on hold under any circumstances.
