Salary: 2 LPA to 4 LPA
Shift:
Rotational shift/24*7 (Cab facility)
Working days: 5 days working (Rotational off)
Age limit :33
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Calm and patient temperament to handle irate customers and diffuse tense situations
- Good multitasking and time management skills to manage and prioritize concurrent tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarity with CRM and support software tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
- Any degree or diploma in Business Management, Communications or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
