Description

Salary: 2 LPA to 4 LPA


Shift:
Rotational shift/24*7 (Cab facility)


Working days: 5 days working (Rotational off)


Age limit :33

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Calm and patient temperament to handle irate customers and diffuse tense situations
  • Good multitasking and time management skills to manage and prioritize concurrent tasks and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with CRM and support software tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
  • Any degree or diploma in Business Management, Communications or related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
