We have logo branding capabilities using technologies like Laser engraving, UV printing, embroidery etc on 40+ product categories like apparel, bottles, pens, backpacks etc
Position:
Inside Sales Executive-Ecom Sales Executive
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue from inbound leads and through outbound reachouts.
The role will also include assisting customers to place orders and address their various servicing queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any field
Min 2-3 years of selling online (e-commerce) to small businesses / individuals
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to Customers to make them aware of products and upsell / cross sell to maximise customer revenue per customer
- Attending inbound queries and closing sales
- Getting estimates from estimation desk for custom inquiries and following up with clients for conversion
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Engage and build relations with customers to be able to convert and generate new business.
- Manage all tasks via zoho tickets
- Follow the desk processes and participate in ongoing sales and product trainings
