Description
Is a Team Lead with level 3 Windows Servers and VMWARE Administration skills to keep the system environment stable and interruptions to a minimum in standalone and multi-tiered environments.
- 8+ Years of IT experience on Windows Server and Vmware Administration
- Experience is managing a team of at least 5 level 2 technicians.
- Assist the team by providing guidance on day to day operation
- Good Knowledge of SCCM
- Coordinate with Helpdesk team and provide necessary assistance to the team related to tickets and Ready for Business checks.
- Strong handson experience in VMware and Windows Administration
- Strong handson experience in troubleshooting Operating System, Network and Application related issues
- A good understanding of how SCCM works and guide the team in managing SCCM infrastructure
- Experience in Patch and Package administration
- Strong understanding of enterprise system and network management systems.
- Ensures that operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards
- Understand and follow ITIL processes including Change & Configuration, Problem, Incident and Service Readiness and other SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
