Sales Executive - Gurgaon, India - CII - Model Career Centre
Description
Understand the insurance needs and requirements of NRIs and provide suitable recommendations.Build and maintain relationships with NRI clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Policy Bazar's insurance products and services to NRIs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new sales opportunities within the NRI segment.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting NRIs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective NRI customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Policy Bazar's offerings.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with NRIs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on international insurance regulations and developments relevant to NRIs.
Requirements:
Undergraduate with at least 1 year of sales experience or fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated sales aptitude with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of insurance products and services, especially those catering to the needs of NRIs.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with NRI clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts to accommodate international time zones.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
