  • Learning agility to scale up in other IAM Area
  • Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches related to IAM.
  • Planning, coordinating, scheduling & conducting coordination meetings with project teams for documentation of issues and actions pertaining to construction schedule.
  • Providing delivery of high quality services to support customer's business needs & achieving continued high client satisfaction from all operational users for services.
  • Ramped up incident Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence from
    92% to 98% through daily reviews; improved recovery times for complex incidents, 70% were resolved same day.
  • Ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are up to date and team is following the same in their daytoday activities.
  • Documenting new improvements or changes into existing process in existing SIPs(Service improvement program) and all updated SIPs are signed off with client before team starts working on them.
  • Doing bottom up analysis and FTE calculation for the support.
  • Contributing towards training and mentoring the team. Documenting the various procedures so that they can be further used for training as well as for further reference
  • Reporting account management of any process gaps from client side
  • Collaborating with client team to keep both teams on same page in terms of the work and technology that is being used.
  • Creating and Scheduling the report on service now.
  • Troubleshooting production issues like collection failures, performance issues.
  • Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
  • Facilitating weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements
  • Identifying critical UAM processes and customer/business/regulatory requirements, ascertaining critical results desired and aligning it with customer/business/regulatory requirements
  • Proposing solutions to known & unknown issues, as part of the project.
  • Driving & resolving the major Incidents as per the predefined major incident management process and providing root cause analysis for the same
  • Taking necessary action to amend the procedures to minimize the Dsat in tickets and ensure the timely update of Knowledge Base for effective problem resolution.
  • Identifying & implementing UAM access control improvements, including automation of provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Guaranteeing technical resources are organized for effective support, providing leadership and daytoday management of the UAM Team.
  • Ensuring the access to shared folders are authorized and approved by right level of approvers.
Creation of shared folder and granting access to the Shared Drive as per Client's Request.

  • Creating Generic, Shared & Service account and ensure individually accountably is maintained by registering the Id's on shared Id vaults.
  • Coordinated directly with the clients & resolved issues; proposed solutions to known & unknown issues, as part of the project
  • Creations groups and granting shared folder and delegate permissions to end users.


  • Managing process scope

  • Managing the customer expectations or scope.
  • Managing all remediation requests sent to the ID Provisioning team.
  • Administration of users accounts (Creation/deletion) in Windows using Active Directory.
  • Handling problem management, Incident management, Change Management and Vendor coordination within SLA/deadlines to meet customer satisfactions.
