Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create engaging Instagram Reels that align with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for Instagram Reels, ensuring that content is visually appealing, onbrand, and optimized for social media engagement.
Shoot and edit video footage, add music, text, and special effects, and optimize content for different aspect ratios and screen sizes.
Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate new features and techniques into Instagram Reel content.
Monitor performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of Instagram Reel content and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and tone.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer and Instagram Reel creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and Instagram Reel content.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and experience creating content that resonates with target audiences.
Creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a knack for capturing attention and driving engagement through visual content.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
