Starting Salary - INR 15,000 + incentives

Detailed Job Role:


  • She will be responsible for conducting the classes according to The Little Gym curriculum
  • She should be keen to work with children in fun and nurturing manner
  • She has the knowledge of English language or is keen to learn and take class in the language
  • She is expected to talk to the parent in either native or English language to communicate the progress and benefit of the program
  • She should be eager to learn, stick to curriculum and prepare before taking any class
  • She should be a team player
  • She is expected to call or interact with parents to update on their child's progress and key milestones
  • She is responsible for documenting Q3 assessment of each child's progress on the classes
  • She is Responsible for documenting Sales Allocation and Petty Cash.
  • She is expected to basic calls to parent and check for the child's absentees

Requirements:


  • Physically fit and ability to learn basic gymnastic skills. A person who is a trained gymnast or yoga or a dance background will be an added advantage.
  • She should be keen to work with children in a fun and nurturing manner
  • Thorough understanding of gymnast skills and spotting. (training will be provided)
  • Can speak English (or keen to learn)
  • Eager to work with young children years)
  • Patience and fun loving
  • Interest in sports, willing to learn and grow
  • Commitment with the company for a longer period of time
  • Age limit
- below 25 years


Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
