Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities:

Identify and engage potential clients interested in real estate acquisitions.

Showcase properties to prospective buyers and answer their queries.

Handle negotiation processes to close deals efficiently.


Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Offer personalized service to enhance the customer experience.


Sales Targets:

Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.


Market Research:

Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Utilize market insights for effective sales strategies.


Client Service:

Offer after-sales services and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.


Reporting:

Maintain records of sales, revenue, and transactions.

Generate sales reports for management review.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused mindset with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore.
  • Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
