Experience: 1+year
Responsibilities:
- Be a single point of contact for the organization for coordination with CRM vendor and managing the CRM admin.
- Managing automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor.
- Act as a link between the Sales, Call Centre and Marketing teams for the smooth functioning of all departments.
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns.
- Develop Tracking to improve conversion ratio.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be highly detailoriented and have the ability to effectively multitask
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
