Description

Kilowott, a leader in IT services and digital marketing, seeks a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support its Board of Director.

This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information, ensuring the Board operates efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate the Board's schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and documents for Board meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Board.
  • Organize and facilitate Board meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for Board meetings.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure their timely completion.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Board and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for Board members.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and functions as required.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 Maximum 15 years experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or a Board of Directors.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
