Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mechanic/Influencer, Consumer & Dealer Engagement on a daily basis
- Map and enroll new mechanics through Smart Application & Fast Scan
- Capture profile of all the target audience i.e. Consumer, Mechanic & Dealers
- Explain Fast Scan & Drive adoption of Fast Scan
- Conduct regular meetings with mechanics (Monthly/ Quarterly)
- Training on Castrol Products for Commercial vehicles
- Carry out activation activities such as Garage Meets/ Mechanic Meets, Fleet owners meet, Tractor clinics; Stand meets (LCV & Jeep), Roadshows and Agency led activation management etc.
Job Location:
Salem
Experience: 1-3 Years in Sales and Marketing(B2C)
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Upto Rs.15,000 Per Month + Incentives + TA/DA
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
