Description
West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for production supervisor.

  • Maintain SOP for Cold store.
  • Decide/control production speed and priorities in consultation with Production Manager
  • Coordinate with Receiving, grading and Post freezing supervisor for fastest possible production flow
  • Ensure the product packing are meeting company specifications time to time (Count, weight, layering, duplex, coding etc)
  • Ensure correct accounting of slabs and Production report
  • Ensure correct traceability of product
  • Train new workers in the line in each area of operations (Sorting, weighing, setting, glaze addition etc)
  • Ensure colour codes are strictly following
  • Ensure correct count and fill weight
  • Ensure proper handling after layering /glazing /transfer to trolley/freezer

Location:
Olpad, Surat, Gujarat


Education:
BSC Fisheries


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
