Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with guests to confirm their reservations and provide any necessary information or assistance.
  • Process online payments securely and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Block space and make reservations in our booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Keep detailed records of reservations, payments, and guest communications.
  • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle any guest inquiries or concerns related to reservations with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or reservation role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
