Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Oversee the receiving, storing, and organizing of inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and replenishment orders.

Order Fulfillment:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and ship orders promptly.
Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during fulfilment.

Logistics Coordination:

Arrange transportation and shipping logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
Track shipments and communicate delivery status to internal stakeholders and customers.
Evaluate shipping methods and carriers to optimize costs and delivery times.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements.

Quality Control:

Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Address any quality issues or product discrepancies in a timely manner.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Customer Service Support:

Assist the customer service team in resolving orderrelated inquiries and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Passion for sports and understanding of sports equipment and gear is a plus.
