Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
- Monitor bank accounts, reconcile transactions, and process payments.
- Prepare expense reports, invoices, and tax documentation.
- Conduct research on financial topics and investment opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and tools.
- Strong communication skills with good Verbal and written English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Knowledge of government policies would be a plus.
Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
