TBot Systems, a leading provider of audiovisual (AV) solutions, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in AV, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their AV needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

At TBot Systems, we are committed to delivering state-of-the-art AV solutions to businesses of all sizes. Our comprehensive range of services includes designing, implementing, and managing AV systems, as well as providing support and maintenance.


As the Inside Sales Representative specializing in AV, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations.

Your goal will be to drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify sales leads related to AV solutions
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of TBot Systems' AV solutions
  • Nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customized solutions meet clients' specific AV requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AV technologies
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of TBot Systems

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, specifically in the AV industry
  • Strong understanding of AV solutions and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into sales
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
