Role Summary / Purpose:

Essential Responsibilities:


The PET - Product Cyber Security Engineering develops cyber security functionalities in the product and develop custom tools for vulnerability management and risk identification.

In this role you are responsible for work which is defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term business goals.


  • Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the organization's EHS and associated policies & procedures
  • Product cyber security implementation, vulnerability identification, pentest etc.
  • Strong technical aptitude, Solid oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master's degree from (Computer science and Engg / Electronics Engg) with specialization in cyber security from accredited college / university.
years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge in Cyber security concepts and cyber security implementation using crypto libraries, Pen test and hacking processes.
  • Good coding experience is mandatory.

Desired Characteristics

  • Good understanding of cyber security concepts, handson with coding in one or more high level languages.
  • Project / Thesis experience in development cyber security concepts.
  • Analytical and critical thinking with good debugging and problemsolving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive selfstarter and change agent & ability to work under stress environment
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and business acumen.
