Job Description for Sr. Dispatch Executive
Nessa Illumination Technologies has been founded by people with vast experience in the semiconductor and solar industry and belonging to institutes like IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Bombay.
From the beginning, the focus of founders has been on deriving greatest economic value from solar energy which led to the adoption of LEDs and Thin-Film technology.
These two technologies along with optimal design techniques have been the core strengths of the company.Location

Roles and Responsibilities
- 3 6 years of experience as dispatcher or similar position
- Fast typing skills, FG Monitoring, Inventory control
- Experience in data entry,
- Man power handling
- Hands on experience working in stressful,
- Emergency situations Receive and answer emergency and nonemergency calls
- FIFO Method, eway bill, ERP Bill, Invoicing, Gate Pass issuing
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Assess situation and prioritize calls
- Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Inform field units about orders and traffic
- Track and update call logs and data in software programs
- Provide reports to upper management
- PR
- PO creation
- GRN entry,
Salary:
₹15, ₹23,370.23 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
