**ROLE:
- **To handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment cycle of clients in the US-for All time zones.

**TRAINING:

On the Job training (One-on-one/Group training/Mentoring to gain industry knowledge and learn recruiting tactics.) _Salary is also provided during the training period**_.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be working on Pharma/Healthcare Direct client requirements on a daytoday basis.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign.
