Description
We, are ONEAPPLY by Gyanberry, a technology enabled platform platform.

You will play a key role in empowering the students and helping them realize their study abroad journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options including suitable courses and institutions.
  • Knowing our courses and scope of services inside and out so that you can answer student related queries.
  • Recommend our programs or courses to potential students by analyzing student's interests and collecting student's academic details.
  • Go the extra mile to engage students/parents by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Schedule and conduct phone discussions and office meetings to accurately convey course / program information whilst ensuring that each students' needs are being met. This includes advising students with respect to admissions requirements, processes and qualification options.
  • Support the student through the admissions, visa and pre departure processes.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families, clients and colleagues.
  • Use popular CRM systems to manage and nurture student leads as well as collaborate with colleagues
How your performance will be measured?

  • You will be required consistently to up sell and cross promote other Gyanberry services such as online prep materials, higher education webinars, visa services, Essay review services, etc. which will help students to excel in their

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to at least bachelor's degree level or equivalent ( international education experience will be a plus)
  • Highly fluent in spoken and written English
  • Experience of working in a sales driven environment with a strong focus on achieving individual and team based targets.
  • Knowledge of University admission processes, visa requirements and experience of working in international education firms
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent planning and multitasking skills
  • Passion for working with students and families
  • Highly effective relationship nurturing skills.


  • Strong IT skills

  • Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Study abroad: 2 years (preferred)
