Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the IT industry, including businesses in need of software solutions, hardware upgrades, or IT services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and trends within the IT sector, staying informed about competitors and industry developments.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, products, and services offered by the company, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.
  • Continuously strive for professional growth and improvement, seeking feedback and implementing best practices to enhance sales performance.
