Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within the IT industry, including businesses in need of software solutions, hardware upgrades, or IT services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and trends within the IT sector, staying informed about competitors and industry developments.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company policies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay updated on new technologies, products, and services offered by the company, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.
- Continuously strive for professional growth and improvement, seeking feedback and implementing best practices to enhance sales performance.
