Customer handling & customer satisfaction is priority.- Resolve Customer queries and Complaints
- Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer's services
- Assist the customers on queries regarding their Products and Services
- Ability to analyses information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills Proficient in English
- Professional in conduct/ behavior, appearance and communication
- Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
- Persuasive and a good negotiator
- Some experience in International BPO is preferable
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
