Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Initiate calls with potential students for admissions, introducing them to Digital Marketing.
  • Share courserelated posts on social media platforms.
  • Facilitate new student enrollments across various course batches, managing enrolled students' materials, results, and records.
  • Ability to identify suitable career paths based on students' skills, interests, and digital marketing goals.
  • Address student concerns and resolve their issues, understanding their challenges.
  • Assist students in comprehending pathways to build a career in digital marketing.
  • Engage with potential leads regarding courses and digital marketing services.
  • Responsible for converting inquiries into admissions.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, contents, and their relevance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of coursewise admissions and collected fees.
  • Monitor student attendance and liaise with relevant faculty regarding irregularities.
  • Conduct counseling sessions—online/offline, telephonic, or virtual—with prospective students seeking admissions in Colleges/Universities.
  • Handle other admissionrelated matters.
  • Participate in educational events like exhibitions as needed.
  • Maintain contact with alumni regarding placements and career progress.
  • Collaborate with faculty, gathering feedback on course content.
  • Issue certificates to students.

Requirements:


  • 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Interpersonal skills for conflict resolution among colleges, parents, and students.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of one year with the organization.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
