Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Hotel reservation systems and pointofsale software is an advantage.

Profile Introduction:


As a Front Office Executive in our esteemed hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive and lasting impression.

Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. You will be the face of our establishment, embodying hospitality and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a warm welcome and farewell.

Reservation Management: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently, utilizing the hotel's reservation system.

Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to address inquiries and special requests.

Cash Handling: Manage guest payments, process invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately.

Problem Resolution: Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth operation.


Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office and hotel management software.

Adaptability: Ability to handle challenging situations, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable appearance


Salary:

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
