Roles and Responsibilities:

Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants.
Experience and good understanding of IT industry & should understand the hot IT skills in the US market.
Proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring & H1B transfer experience in a corporate environment. Experience in recruiting OPT/H1/GC/US Citizen hiring with effective and efficient handson experience with various job boards and portals
Must be high knowledge on LinkedIn sourcing, Calling to consultants
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market. Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 109
Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is onboarded.
Best knowledge on visa and tax terms, & With best incentives structures.
Having technical knowledge is an advantage for us with good communication skills.

Salary:
₹20, ₹75,000.00 per month
