Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Critical Care Unit (CCU).
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and promptly report any deviations to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition, treatment plan, and selfcare measures.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in nursing care.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
Requirements:
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Post Basic BSc Nursing (PBBSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license from the Karnataka Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as per the unit requirements.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay:
₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
