As a B2B Sales Intern for our Career Mentorship Program Seminars, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and establishing partnerships with schools and education institutes.

Your primary responsibility will be to arrange online and offline meetings with key decision-makers to introduce our seminars and initiate discussions for collaboration.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales while contributing to the growth of our Career Mentorship Program.


Responsibilities:

Prospect Identification:


  • Research and identify potential schools, colleges, and education institutes that could benefit from our Career Mentorship Program Seminars.
  • Build a database of contacts, including school administrators, career counselors, and education directors.

Outreach and Communication:


  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our Career Mentorship Program Seminars to engage potential partners.

Meeting Arrangement:


  • Schedule online and offline meetings with key decisionmakers, including business development managers, principals, and academic heads.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and attendee confirmation.

Presentation and Pitching:


  • Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing compelling presentations and sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
  • Participate in meetings to present information about our Career Mentorship Program Seminars and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.

Follow-up and Relationship Building:


  • Follow up with prospects after meetings to provide additional information, answer queries, and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to keep them engaged and informed about upcoming seminars and opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements:


  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
