Roles and responsibilities_:

  • Should be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to generate leads to promote products and services.
  • Need to have good communication skills to understand the customer's needs and identify opportunities to up sell services and products.
  • Provide information about the services offered by the company and answer any questions or concerns that the customer may have.
  • Need to maintain accurate records of customer interaction, including details of the calls made, feedback received and followup required.
  • Identifying new sales leads by researching and identifying potential customer.
  • Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 01 year of experience.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
