Minimum Age 18 years and maximum 40 years

English + Hindi

Experience-:
Minimum 6 months of experience is required.
Customer service / Any BPO / Tele-calling.
Skills and Ability-:
- Skill Set required: Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.
- Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
Computer Proficiency
Should know basics of computer and knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, lan, man, wan
Operating Model
100% Work from office.
6 days working model and week off, as per business requirements.
