Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity.
Create visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand visibility and recognition.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage to produce highquality videos for various purposes, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, and social media content.
Incorporate visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound effects to enhance video content and maintain viewer engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboard concepts and execute video projects from concept to completion.
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats, adhering to technical specifications and requirements.
Continuously refine and improve video editing techniques and workflows to streamline production processes and deliver impactful video content efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, film production, or related field.
Proven experience (6mon1 years) in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and video editing skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing software.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and videos.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing techniques.
Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
