Description
Job role includes coordinating with the customer and handling their queries regarding any issues, coordination & problem solving & providing timely solutions.
Handling client escalations. Checking MIS Report on daily basis, manage the technology of a company to improve company value. Act as liaison between employees and the system. Assess customer needs, evaluate customer satisfaction and optimise customer services. Manage systems and develop metrics to measure customer service success. Communicate with clients directly and resolve any customer issues.Few administrative tasks etc.
