Job Description:

Job Title:
Land Surveyor.
Experience 1 to 3 years minimum
(2)

Job Location:
Mostly Goa and sometimes Maharashtra and Karnataka.

(3)

Job type :
Site and office.

(4)

Job Expectation from the Surveyor:
(a) The Surveyor should be able to drive the car (LMV) to site and carry out Total Station Surveying at site and complete the auto cad drawing with all details and template for submission to client.

(b) Surveyor should be able to carry out the Total Station survey at site and carry out marking (layout) of the required points at site with the Total Station.


Note:
LMV driving experience and valid license is compulsory.

(6) Shared Accomodation (with other staff) can be provided to the Surveyor in case required.

Details and Facilities available at the Shared Accomodation are as follows:
(i) One Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen, Indian Toilet and Bathroom with Western toilet. (ii) TV,Water, electricity, gas cylinder and utensils are provided in the flat. (iii) Water purifier, refrigerator and WIFI provided in the flat. (iv) Maruti Alto car in garage below the flat to be used for site survey work.


Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
