Description
Manage the incoming phone calls of customer. - MIS to be send on regular basis - Identify and assess customers 'needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers


Salary:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
