Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and user engagement metrics using web analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and continuous tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and compelling digital assets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
