Role and responsibilities

  • 1. Execution and Managing Funds Operations Team (Broking) for daily BAU activities, i.e.
- o Client & Exchange level Funds Payin/Payout
- o Client's Deposit and Withdrawals reconciliation on transaction level
- o Client's Allocation process on N-MASS
- o Accounting of Entries
- o Exchange level reporting, i.e.

  • Enhanced Risk Based Supervision
  • Client's Cash and Cash Equivalent
  • Bank level cash balance
  • Client's Segregation
  • Client's shortage allocation
  • Client's Margin reporting (EQ/FO)
- o Banks and General Ledger Reconciliations
- o Trial Balance preparation and scrutiny


  • Communications with Exchange/Auditors/Inter-connected Teams
  • 3. Process Optimisation/Automation
  • 4. Preparation of Process SOPs/Checklists/Flows
  • 5. Submitting Audits/Inspections data requirements

Job Requirement

  • Must have Broking Operations (Funds) experience of more than 5 years
  • Collaborative approach, clear on communication, eye on details and logical understanding/aerial view of the process
  • Good understanding of financial accounting
  • Team management & process streamlining experience
