Job Title - Process Associate - Opportunity to Cash
We provide transactional and digital Opportunity-to-Cash services from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We support Siemens businesses in driving top-line growth, profitability, cash conversion and customer intimacy. We are increasing efficiency across different businesses through process reengineering, simplification, digital services and Opportunity-to-Cash integration.

We act as one global team, jointly delivering maximum value to our customers as their trusted Partner of Choice by driving E2E processes and digital transformation in an entrepreneurial way.

Perform the assigned tasks with high speed and accuracy.
Complete reporting of handled activities on daily basis (as per requirements).
Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.

SAP knowledge and 12 years of work experience (Preferably in the domain for role requirement).
Excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization skills.
Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access.
Self Determination, Initiative, Learning, Communication Skills, Network Built on Trust, Team Player, Customer Focus.
