Urgent hiring Patient Care Officer-IPD Billing at a hospital in Pune.

Qualification & Experience:
Any UG with Min 2-4 Yrs stable Exp in Mid/ Large Hospital in handling IPD Billing Desk.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing daily operations of the IPD Billing department.
Assists Billing HOD in assessing the accuracy of the various reports and implementation of the policies and protocols.
Undertakes IPD bill preparation and audits the patient bill record before generation of final bill.
Attends queries from various internal and external service departments.
Prepares daily MIS and outstanding report.
Attend to the customers who may have any queries regarding pre and post bill generation.
Ensures that the patients have a minimum outstanding by followups/ feedback.
Insurance & claim knowledge is must
Any Postgraduate/ Graduate
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good Analytical & Mathematical Skills
Hospital experience mandatory.

Salary Rs.18,000/- to Rs.20,000/
