Description

As a Telecaller, you will make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.

Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, answer queries, and persuade customers to purchase or participate in our offerings.

This entry-level position offers an opportunity to develop communication and sales skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
Introduce company products/services to potential customers over the phone.
Clearly and effectively explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during calls.
Follow call scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Document and update customer records accurately in the database.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.
Achieve set targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Follow up on leads generated through outbound calling.

Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
