Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at WDIPL, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces for our software products.

Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs and translating them into seamless design solutions that enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.

Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Utilize this research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts. Iterate based on feedback and user testing.
UI Design: Develop highfidelity user interface designs that align with our brand identity and design guidelines. Ensure designs are userfriendly, visually appealing, and consistent across different platforms.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes. Communicate design ideas effectively and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and insights from users. Use the findings to refine and optimize designs.
Design Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines, pattern libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
Market Analysis: Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality of design solutions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree, Graphic Design, or a certification cource related field.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous design projects and demonstrating your design process and problemsolving skills.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Principle.
Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.

User-

Centric Approach:
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present design concepts and ideas.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
