US Night Shift [Pre-dominantly]
Required skills
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and networking.
- Must have at least one year of experience in the International Voice Process
- Must have at least one year of experience in Technical Support
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle International clients and give them the proper resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain a relationship with clients and give resolutions.
